Act as the liaison between the customer, insurance company and parts vendors to ensure the repair process goes smoothly and is completed correctly.

Prepare vehicles for the refinish process. This includes sanding, taping, and masking vehicles so they are ready to be painted.

Proactively manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts, paint, and materials.

Complete tear downs on vehicles to prepare them for repair. Organize and store parts and fasteners for reassembly.

Sanding and buffing out scratches and refurbishing any other surface damage that can be repaired without painting or dent work.

Reassemble the customers vehicle ensuring proper function, safety, and invisible repairs.

Repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and Klapec specifications and standards.
